The Machine Floor · new machines added as they are built
Pick

industry.
Find
your
machine.
Each machine reads one public record, throws out the junk, finds the owner and puts a clean list in front of your team. It runs on your own accounts, and a person signs off on anything that leaves your business.
How to read the status tags. A machine is marked Live only after
it has run on real records, and then it shows its pull date and record count.
Until then it is Building, Queued or Planned, and we show
no numbers for it. Phone numbers and email addresses are never published on this page.
Under the floor
Four engines run twelve of these machines.
An engine reads one public source once. Each machine is a lens on it: a different question, a different filter. They refresh every morning, so the counts below are the real size of the last pull.

Don't see your industry?
We build the next machine for whoever asks.
If there is a public record that tells you who is about to need what you sell, we can usually turn it into a machine. Sources differ by state and county, so each machine lists its exact source and pull date once it has run.
